Ruby P Estoy joined TSS in August 2019 as a Senior Transition Consultant. She is currently the Relationship Manager for Rockefeller Capital Management.
Prior to joining TSS, Ruby was an AVP at Merrill Lynch on their internal Transition Management Team. Ruby has almost 20 years of experience in Wealth Management and Private Banking – and over 16 of those years have been spent providing onsite, white-glove service to competitive hire Financial Advisors and their ultra high net worth clients.
No matter how stressful the situation, Ruby’s primary focus is always to ensure a smooth transition experience for all parties involved. She prides herself in her leadership and determination, as well as her problem-solving and borderline-OCD organizational skills.
In addition to traveling, Ruby enjoys tailgating, shopping, brunching and spending time with her family and friends. She is a loyal and committed Jacksonville Jaguars fanatic and has recently taken to a new hobby – boating. Her true love though is her beloved 4-year-old German Shepherd Dog named Charlie and she hopes to one day own a ranch to rescue, foster and rehabilitate homeless dogs.
